Job Description:

The American Hospital Dubai is seeking to recruit young energetic Call Center Representatives to work under supervision of the Call Center Manager. The call center representative serves as a liaison between patient and the hospital. Responsibilities include scheduling new, current, follow-up, rescheduling, and cancelling patient appointments using computerized automated system. Provides general information about the hospital and its services, ability to handle all inbound calls and determine escalation level. Role will be required to provide and cover Live Chat support desk.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, exceptional flexibility to handle call volumes
  • At all times provide professional and the highest standards of customer service to interact with patients and all levels of staff within the hospital
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Ability to keep patient information confidential
  • Previous experience working in a call center environment desired
  • Experience in Live Chat support will be an asset
  • Diploma/Degree with recognized Institution/University
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English are essential
  • 2-3 years of experience essential in customer service role or related
  • Previous Health care experience with hands on experience in handling insurance verification highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology /or exposure to medical environment an advantage
