With a growing and ever-evolving customer base, we are driving our Digital services. You’ll put the customer first, owning a Product and associated services within the overall Digital Experience area. You’ll want to make a difference, which is what this role is all about.

Job Responsibilities:

Ownership and accountability for end-to-end delivery of your Product and associated services, from small changes and compliance through to large Group projects with defined user stories.
Working across the team to understand benefits from latest OS releases and plan for customer launch with the key metrics to measure success.
Identifying key trends and changes in customer behaviour across your Product – reviewing your successes is critical. Measuring against key metrics and validating through customer feedback and response.
You’ll travel as necessary to other sites & suppliers nationwide, usually once a month on average.

Job Requirements:

Ideally, you’ll have experience directly within Retail Financial Services. Alternatively, experience within Retail or Digital Product management, ownership or development, including implementing change.
Experience of creating compelling customer-facing digital solutions.
A deep understanding of customer drivers and how their needs can be satisfied.
Experience of communicating up to and including leadership team level.
Demonstrable experience of modelling, analysis, research and presentation creation.
