Job Responsibilities:
- Manages databases, records and provides overview of administrative functions that support the operations of the department.
- Coordinates with customers, management, suppliers and other departments to resolve technical and administrative issues
- To champion of communications, customer service, administration and responsiveness within the Housekeeping Department.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
- Excellent communication skills, High-level of spoken and written English
