Job Description:

We are looking for Guest Service Associates to join our team at the Roxy Cinema – Al Khawaneej.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, greet guests and members, explain and up sell the facilities and services available.
• Handle guest messages and communication needs accurately.
• Ensure guests are directed to desired locations and connected with the appropriate service.
• Schedule reservations of VIP services for guests and coordinate staff schedule to ensure prompt service.
•  Ensure the cleanliness of the venue at all times.
•  To understand all current activities & promotions of Roxy cinema.
