Job Description:
As a Bar Attendant, your role is to ensure the bar area is always clean and tidy whilst creating, mixing, making and pouring both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating, pouring, mixing and making both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Ensuring beverage orders are correctly taken from guests and all orders are entered accurately into the Point of Sales System
- Ensuring that all glassware and beverage items are properly stocked and inspected prior to service
- Ensuring the bar area is always well maintained/clean at all times during service
- Maximizing sales opportunities by suggesting beverage options and upselling to guests where appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have a Hospitality background and have worked minimum 1 year in Food & Beverage.
- The incumbent must have strong interpersonal & communication skills
